On October 25th, Vital Voices Global Partnership celebrated the graduation of 91 women from 40 countries who successfully completed the 10-month VV GROW Fellowship, a global business accelerator program centered around women who lead for-profit, purpose-driven businesses.

During the program, the fellows were engaged in virtual training sessions, connected with a team of global trainers, attended a 2-day Virtual Leadership Conference, and established a support network. The program focused on developing skills in strategic planning, financial management, human resources, sales and marketing, communications, networking, and leadership. The aim was to enable fellows to create a strategic plan for growing their businesses and enhancing their social impact.

Reflecting on their fellowship experience, the 2023 VV GROW Fellows have shared that the program has bolstered their leadership, broadened their perspectives, strengthened their decision-making abilities, and reinforced their commitment to creating a tangible impact on their communities. We look forward to continuing to champion the work of these influential women entrepreneurs as they continue to drive inclusive economic growth and social transformation forward.

The 2023 VV GROW Fellowship is made possible with the generous support of FedEx, Visa, Target, and Andalou Naturals. Read more about them below.
